While in the Adirondacks in the fall my husband and I went to a wonderful sale. I mean the kind of sale where you have to dig and look in every nook and cranny or you will miss something. I always look for shells because I use them in the terrariums that I make. The thing is that we were way up north not far from the Canadian boarder so I never expected to find shells here. I was there for maybe 10 mins and started looking in old dusty cardboard boxes and I was so surprised to find several boxes of shells and coral carefully wrapped in old newspaper. This was an amazing collection and had been packed away for many many years. Of course I bought all of them. I think there were 5 or 6 boxes. I didn't look at all of them until I got home. I've used some but I've saved the best ones. Not sure what I will do with them right now but I was playing around with back lighting (which I love) and used some of coral...
