A great day...

Yesterday I had a visit from a sweet friend of mine and I had so much fun babysitting for him.  I have 3 boys but they are all grown up so it has been a long time since I had a little one running around my house.  He was a gem!  We made cupcakes, picked flowers, read books, had lunch, took pictures, and played guitar (with my 17 yr. old baby).  It was a full day and I slept like a baby last night.

I would love to have some wonderful explanation for not stopping by to write on my own blog, but I don't.  I guess I didn't have much to say or much to show.  I've been working on small projects but things have been kind of quiet.  I hope you are all having a wonderful summer despite the horrible heat.
